Customer Question

I am directing a documentary about a radio show and would like to title the doc "Super Radio FM". There is a company out of NY that distribute radio content called "Superadio". Would I be able to use the title "Super Radio" or "Super Radio FM"? This will be started as a crowdfunding project to raise money for the production. Thanks

Hello, my name is Greg. Yes, generally documentaries using "regular" words such as radio or super radio, etc would not have any issues.

would they be able to stop the crowdfunding campaign or just send a C&D order? Thanks!

The most would be a C&D but I find that highly unlikely. However, to ward this off in advance, you could contact the company to let them know first.
