Worked for a number of years in a public library where review publications such as Kirkus was often referred to in purchasing the various collections in each department.

Ads are often looked at by readers so to advertise would be a good idea. The emailed newsletter as well as the standard publication would be great in advertising your book. The newsletter I believe comes out much more often so more chances for readers to see your ad for the book.
