With hockey finally working out their labor problems, it is time to drop the puck! As for receiving the National Hockey League Network, you would first have to contact your cable or satellite provider to see if they first carry the station. My service provider is Time Warner and they charge extra for the station so need to check with your carrier for details.

The website for the station has quite a bit of information on it and does carry some video feeds on various things related to the upcoming season: http://www.nhl.com/ice/eventhome.htm?location=/nhlnetwork&tabs-nhln-inner

The same goes for Réseau Des Sports http://www.rds.ca/ as your cable or satellite provider would be the one to speak with. This network would I think be more for a satellite provider than cable so would have to check with your carrier for access.
