I wrote a novel, and I would like to post it on a novel website

Resolved Question:

I wrote a novel, and I would like to post it on a novel website with a pseudonymn.

Do I need to change my name legally, or is it legally enough to just register the novel with the Library of Congress as written by Elizabeth Vega (my name), aka EC Aiken (Aiken is my pseudonymn).

Hello and welcome! If you have any other questions, please let me know or please click Accept.

Linda Roch :

Yes, that is good enough.

Linda Roch :

If you are using a pseudonymn, you don't change it legally because your legal name is XXXXX XXXXX to remain the name thath you have.

Linda Roch :

Otherwise, you will have to use your pseudonymn at all times and you won't be able to use your real name as your legal name.
