The 60s pop group The Happenings had a hit with the song

Customer Question

The 60s pop group "The Happenings" had a hit with the song "I Got Rhythm". It was originally a standard written by Gershwin. It contained the famous "I got rhythm" chord progression used in countless tunes. The Happenings wrote a different intro for the song and it was done in a different key,...(Bb was the Gershwin key) My question:....what key did The Happenings record their version in and what is the total progression, (numerical and written) in order from intro to ending.

I listened to it at

and it sounds like they moved it from B-flat to A.

The chord progression is posted in A at
http://www.theguitarguy.com/igotrhyt.htm

It is analyzed in C at
http://www.piano-play-it.com/I-got-rhythm.html

Gershwyn wrote an intro, posted at

I hope this information is helpful.
