Customer Question

My floor is uneven, I want to even it before tiling the floor. I think I have to even it and levelling it by using a concrete mixture for a 3cm thick concrete slab. My floor is 5m wide and 17 m long. So what are the ingredients and their ratio to make a good concrete so that the concrete slab won't be flaked and cracked, and also where I can buy those ingredients in Victoria australia
