how much cardio?

how many calories per day
have you tried adipex or alli?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
How much cardio do I need to do before burning calories takes place. No pills for me. I don't count calories. Everyone burns energy at different rates. A 20 year old will burn 100 calorie snack much fast than I will at 45 with Hashimoto's Disease.
Expert:  DocPhilMD replied 1 month ago.

Try but that just means you have to eat less and burn more

60 min 5 times a week would be what I would recommend

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Ok I will work on that. And at what point do I start to burn calories? 45 minutes? 60 minutes? I want to make sure I make the work out work for me.
Expert:  DocPhilMD replied 1 month ago.

you burn calories the whole time

but the critical phase is after 30 min
