August it was 192 after having the right lower parathyroid removed in May due to a mass. What should I do next?

it sounds like your parathyroid hormone levels are still high

you can have up to 4 parathyroid glands in your neck next to your thyroid gland.

you may need to have another surgery to remove the other 3 parathyroid glands in your neck.

you may have to travel to a larger academic medical center to consult with a endocrine surgeon who can do your surgery
