My wife has a hard ball in her throat... it moves, it's

Customer Question

My wife has a hard ball in her throat... it moves, it's painful, it stops her from being able to eat, take her medicine, sleep, her voice changes..at first we were told it was a phantom feeling which I accepted until I see & feel this thing in her throat.. she also has low thyroid (very very low) & lupus... because she has an "invisible" disease, it's impossible to find a dr that will treat her as they would anyone else... to them she is drug seeking , and they always blow her/us off or will make her take a drug test within the first 10 mins of appts. The funny thing is she tries to handle her pain with oils & natural remedy.. ANY IDEA WHAT THIS THING COURT BE? Just so we know which road to take next please help us

I'm not sure at this point what kind of specialist is what we need

It could be thyroid lymphoma. Preexisting chronic autoimmune (Hashimoto's) thyroiditis (underachieve thyroid) is the risk factor. She should see her doctor or an endocrinologist.
