Customer Question

I have been having an issue over the past six months that the doctors still are perplexed by. Two weeks of the month (Starting with my menstrual cycle) I begin to get foggy headed. When this starts to set in, I also sleep poorly and am always tired despite energy supplements. It also highly affects my desire to eat. I don't see an endocrinologist for another month due to their schedule and I'm still having this issue.
They've done a T3 and T4 tests with my general physician along with a diabetes test. My gynecologist has taken a few tests as well, with only my Prolactin levels slightly above average.

I think you have an adrenal gland issue

It is probably a low cortisol level.

I would get an 8AM cortisol and ACTH level

This is not very helpful seeing how you're not describing why you think this is the issue. Also I cannot get a test until I see the specialist which isn't for another two months. Do what do i do. He won't order labs in a new patient

You could also your doctor to give a low dose adrenal gland supplement

like a low dose of hydrocortisone and see if it helps

5 mg three times a day
