Young female with such symptoms should be evaluated for lupus , so please get her ANA test to rule out lupus .

If ANA is negative than go for anti double stranded DNA test which is more reliable than ANA .
As she has symptoms suggestive of Autoimmune disease , ideally she should consult Rheumatologist .
No medication except some specific things that needed once diagnosed is the steroids for active disease control , but this should be done after proper consultation and diagnosis .
But there is no over the counter pills available that might help her .
