Customer Question

My blood work, fasting, came back 105 with a a1c of 5.9. Since then, I am checking my glucose morning, fasting, noon and in the evening. All numbers are normal. Fasting morning 80. Just checked my number two hours after a meal 102. Should I be worried because of those blood test showing pre diabetes?

Hello

Yes

You should be worried.

And the diet has to be correct and strict at this point, even if you see a dietitian.

OK, so that is an initial answer….
