your TSH levels are above 3.0 which means you are a bit hypothyroid or too low in your thyroid hormone
you should see your doctor to get evaluation of this and see if you need a prescription for synthroid thyroid hormone to get your TSH levels down to between 0.3 and 3.0
most endocrinologist feel normal TSH levels should be between 0.3 and 3.0
TSH levels higher than 3.0 can be a sign of low thyroid levels or hypothyroidism
