My mother has thyroid, and adrenal glands that a barely working,her muscles and tendons are knotting up and putting crippiling pressure on her knees. Is the muscle/tendon problem a direct symptom of the throid problem?, and if so what are the best foods and supplements to help these problems. Thanks
