My mother has thyroid, and adrenal glands that a barely working,her

My mother has thyroid, and adrenal glands that a barely working,her muscles and tendons are knotting up and putting crippiling pressure on her knees. Is the muscle/tendon problem a direct symptom of the throid problem?, and if so what are the best foods and supplements to help these problems. Thanks

we are using iodine and kelp supplements Vit c , magnesium ,potassium Bcomplex and healthy eating habits to try to keep her Ph. even to a little alkaline

hypothyridism, she is not taking any meds ,

Indeed if she is not replacing thyroid hormone this an be causing her symptoms, and it can get a lot worse.
