Hello from JA

Taking B1 should not adversely affect your sugar level

What makes you ask?

Customer replied324 days and 11 hours ago.

My opinion, you are wrong, Vitamin B-1 supplements up to 500 mg daily should help regenerate the Nervous System, including the Pan-creas thereby help control glucose levels. Currently, I am experimenting with Vitamin B-1 with other nutrients in trying to control my various medi-cal conditions. If you want a copy of a report, that I have produce, inform me of your mailing address.

Hello
I am wondering what your medical question is.

There is no clinical trial showing that B1 by itself helped control blood sugar significantly in diabetics.

This does not mean you are wrong, but just that you are doing an experiment at this point.

It is true that B1 is necessary for nervous system functioning, but the pancreas is an endocrine gland, it is not part of the central nervous system.

In fact, The entire B complex when taken together, might in a number of ways support many aspects of metabolism, thus suppoting glucose control, but I would not take B1 alone expecting results...I always use a B100 sustained release complex for general support.

Let me know if you have further questions.
