Thanks for the question and coming on JA. I would like to say that this is called random blood sugar which should be less then 140 (after three hours) and your blood sugar level was 127 after having meal so perfect. There is nothing to worry about it. You can test your fasting blood sugar level which should be less then 100.

So, after like 30 minutes of it being 127 at 10:30 pm, I checked and my blood sugar had dropped to 108.
The next morning at 5:45 am I checked and it was 101. Now I am worried a little, since I have been hypoglycemic since birth. Am I turning to a pre-diabetic?
I am 21 years old now.

Thanks for coming back. Yes your blood sugar level of 127 is fine. This is not hypoglycemia at all and your blood sugar level of 127 and then 108 is normal. Hypoglycemia is when the blood sugar drops below 80 and symptoms mostly appear when the level further drops below 70. Your blood sugar level of 101 at 5.00am is normal. I will suggest to check your fasting blood sugar level at 8.00am this should be between 80-100. You are not pre-daibetic right now. I am not concern for anything right now. There is a need to get concern when blood sugar level falls below 80 and fasting above 100.
