I am a part time employee 27 hrs a week and had a heart

Customer Question

I am a part time employee 27 hrs a week and had a heart attack.Upon returning to work my employer said I could only work 15hrs a week. I worked until I had gotten clearance from a doctor to return to full active duty .. But my employer still keeps me at 15hrs a week.
JA: Because employment law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: Louisiana
JA: Is the employment agreement "at will," union, full time or part time?
Customer: part time at will
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
