JA: Because employment law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?

Customer: I had an injury 3 years ago. I was disiplined in august with suspension for 3 days without pay -on the suspension letter he included my injury information on the letter-is that a violation of patient privacy laws?

The letter was made out to me for suspension for 3 days without pay . My injury was rated as 20% disability to my hand

Then there was no privacy violation if it was made out to you. They told you something you already knew about yourself.
