I found out last month that I hired 4 illegal immigrants that gave me fake social security numbers .I confronted them and 3 walked out 10 days ago.I am working with my book keeper to file amended with the social security and IRS there are fines and fees I must pay to clear this up.Am I allowed to hold those ex employees accountable for those costs?

Customer: I owe them for a weeks pay and it has not been 2 weeks I was going to send them a cerified letter of the charges that I have paid and will pay before I send them thier final check.Today the mexican cionsolate contacted me about this matter.I told him it has not been 2 weeks by law I have 2 weeks
