Employment Law Questions? Ask an Employment Lawyer.
Hi, My name is***** am an attorney with over 16 years experience. Hopefully I can help you with your legal question.
I am sorry for this dilemma...but unsure of your question. That said, I did understand the question about "pro bono"...Experts on this site (myself) are compensated ONLY if the customer (yourself) "rate" or "accept" the answer. I am happy to provide an answer for you...but want to ensure you are willing to rate/accept the answer when we complete. Do you agree with this?
Thank you...can you tell me your specific question
You can...can you tell me where in the process you are? Has the state agency formally denied your claim?
Thank youSo what is your question regarding this?
No...not usually. HOWEVER, every case is different. If you can prove that their poor treatment of you forced you to leave? That can be a basis to allow the state to grant your claim.Focus on the mistreatment...how they made your job impossible to attend. That can help the state grant your claimPlease let me know if you have more questions. I am happy to help if I can. Otherwise, please rate the answer so I may get credit for my work.
