JA: Because laws vary from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: massachusetts
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: reported the problem to the patient advocate
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: its a long process that I have endured and its been frustrating and I have seen another dr. to try to correct this problem and all I want to know if I have some kind of recourse against this doctor

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Just because you had surgery doesn't mean you have a lawsuit. To have a lawsuit, you have to have a valid "cause of action", and typically when it's against a doctor it's based upon malpractice. That's alleging that the doctor did something that should not have been done, or didn't do something that should have been done. Could you explain a bit more about your situation and why you think that you might have a case?
