In that case there is no legal obligation for the employer to provide you notice. There is no SC or federal law that would require this. Now...if the company has a policy that requires them to disclosure you could demand they follow their policy...but otherwise you can not force them to provide this information.

I have been denied unemployment for things they have said about me that are untrue, I even had the documentation to cover my butt, so are you saying that no attorney will take this case due to it being an at will state
