Customer Question

Hi this message is for Brandon M. So my mom is in the middle of a disability case. She is waiting for approval for a knee surgery. She has been dealing with this for about a year and a half now. All of a sudden her employer is wanting her to return back to work until she gets it approved. She doesnt understand why they are doing this all of a sudden. What are your thoughts on this?

Does the disability case involve her employer?

Yes

For how long has she been out of work? For a year and a half?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.

Because she has been dealing with the hassle of getting her surgery approved. The doctors already agree she needs it. Shes just wanting on all that back and forth of it all. She has a lawyer, but hes not very much help at all! Hes a paralegal.

To be straightforward, I can only speculate. Your mother knows her case best -- what is her best guess?

Well, I'll have to talk to her more about it. We were just talking earlier and i was thinking about it and asked on my own. Thank you so much for your time.

Certainly. The truth is that we don't know, so you're right to wonder.
