Customer Question

One year ago, I was terminated from my job. (The employer later said under oath I was being investigated, but I don't believe this was ever the case) According to the union contract, the company did not follow proper procedures when I was dismissed; written warnings and so forth. Later, at the Unemployment Appeals Board, to my surprise, employer stated (or put in writing to the judge, not sure which) that my case concerned sexual harassment. Basically I was fired on a series of false accusations. The company owes me benefits which they refuse to pay out -- no explanation given. I signed a mediation agreement when I hired on. email:***@******.*** (***** *****on)

I am a member of the State Bar of California, the Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California (San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside Counties). Please permit me to assist.

You have provided a lot of good information, but I don't see any actual question. I don't want to inadvertently discuss something about which you have no interest. So, if you would please ask a straight forward question, I'll try to provide a useful answer.
