Customer Question

I have an employee who has lodged a complaint against co workers for snap chatting about her weight, her daughter, and other various unflattering remarks. I need to address this, and looking for legal suggestions on how. Thank you.
JA: Is the employment agreement "at will," union, full time or part time?
Customer: At will, full time.
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: They all work in the same store, and to have them all gone at the same time would hurt our business. I'm hoping we can resolve this with everyone gaining respect and dignity.
JA: Because employment law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: Iowa

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Were any of the comments sexual in nature, or referring to her race, age, religion, gender or disability?
