I had a conversationwith my immediate supervisor. I which I verbally mentioned that I would resigns on Sept 22, 2016. He told me to put it in writing. I didn't. I reconsidered and had a conversation with HR explaining why I earlier decided to resign. HR scheduled a meeting with my Supervisor. I which I explain my reason for originally wanting to resign. During such meeting it was expressed by my supervisor that he has accepted my resi g nation. I again requested that I had not give written notification as company policy requires. At the conclusion of the meeting HR decided that they would pay me until the 22nd and accept my resignation. I was told to leave the premises. Which I did. Is this illegal termination, illegal discharge, or a rightful resignation.
