Customer Question

I think my past employeer is slandering me and my new employeer has placed me on special duties without providing me any options to clear my name.
JA: Because employment law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: South Dakota
JA: Is the employment agreement "at will," union, full time or part time?
Customer: Its a temporary arrangement at will
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: Someone wrote a email to the state governor with my name on it pretending to be me making allegations. I have no idea how to clear my name.
