I suspect my termination is as result of complaining to HR.

Customer Question

I suspect my termination is as result of complaining to HR. HR came back after a month
saying "poor performance" although there was never a performance improvement setup by the company on myself where I have worked for 18 years. I complained about not getting raise for the last three years and this was the outcome. Now they want to terminate me.
What shall I do?
