The court ordered me to split my pension 50/50 in a Quadro.

Customer Question

The court ordered me to split my pension 50/50 in a Quadro. How do you split a non-qualified Quadro that must be entirely sent to me. What legal documents can be prepared for me too send my former wife her portion of the non-qualified pension on a monthly basis??

Are you vested and collecting?

I am 65 years old. I am still working. The court ordered me to split my pension 50/50. My company does not permit me to split my non-qualified pension benefit. My company requires that I received all of it. My question is how do I split it so my wife gets her 50% share.

You can open an account for this purpose. Deposit the funds and cut a check from it. That way the record is clear and you can satisfy the employer without having to seek further court intervention.
