MetLife ask me to write am appeal letter and I do not know how to do write one. I've been told that it's just a waste of time, because since the insurance

Customer: company denied my short term disability they had to give me a chance to send them and other documents from my doctors that's why they told me that I can appeal, but that they are still going to still deny my claim for short term disability.

Customer: No, I have no money to pay for a lawyer, I only work hours a week.
