Customer Question

I was terminated 4 weeks ago for puncturing a hole in a container of oil. There supposed too be 0 tolerance if anyone puncture any HAZMAT but the company never reports the spills. That's a health and environmental concern and honestly mistakes happen. I just feel that I should have not been terminated for a mistake and I wasn't even at the job for a month.

Good morning. I am Loren, a licensed attorney, and I look forward to assisting you.

Before we begin a bit more detail would be helpful please.

1. Do you have a written employment agreement requiring cause for termination?

2. Do you believe you were treated differently than other employees due to your race, religion, ethnicity, etc.?
