Hi, First, I have some bit of a Legal background-- but I certainly know when I'm overmatched. The State is NJ; the NJ DOL awarded me (x) 3-4 years ago. I'm wondering FIRST are you a NJ Employment attorney?
Expert:  Phillips Esq. replied 9 months ago.

No, but I am a NY Attorney. Nonetheless, this site does not offer legal representation. The Attorneys on the site provide general legal information by answering specific questions asked. So, the Attorneys on the site do not have to be licensed in a particular State in order to answer questions relating to that State. We answer all questions for all States.
