Just received a misconduct warning letter. I did not sign

Customer Question

Just received a misconduct warning letter. I did not sign it. The administrator recommended I produce an elegant letter? I'm blindsided by this vague innuendo letter as I received a perfect employee review. I'm so hurt by this can't think straight all I know is I cannot sign this with a clear conscience. What are your recommendations.

This is Samuel. I suggest that you provide the letter which states you reasons for disputing the warning. And if they mandate you sign the warning, then I suggest you sign it with the words "being signed under protest. See attached dispute letter" and request they attach your dispute onto the letter to remain in your file.
