If your contract stated that your bonuses were due before you were forced to resign and the employer was paying everyone their bonuses at that time, then YES, you are entitled to those bonuses. Generally, unless specified in a contract, a bonus is a gift to the employee and it is completely at the discretion of the employer whether or not it is paid out. However, when there is a promise in a contract of such bonus payment if the employee is employed on the date it is paid, then if you were still employed at the time the bonus was paid you were entitled to that payment. If they do not pay, then you would have to file suit against them for payment.
