My company wants to save money our schedule has not changed we work 4 12 hours shifts in a 7 day period they now changed the end of pay week time now day shift will only be paid overtime and night shift will not.

Is it legal to change the cut off time for pay week ending if only 1/2 of the employees get overtime for the same 12 hours worked

Ie: day shift nurses would get overtime and night shift would not . Cut off foy ending period wad 630 am now it is midnight
