I was terminated for excessive sick leave resulting from a 4 day hospital stay & later for time off due to broken ribs. I knew nothing about FMLA & Co has nothing posted. Should they have informed me, I gladly would use it

2 yrs. Home office more than 75 miles from my branch but does have more than 50 employees.
