I personally cannot. Another expert might accept the phone call, but I cannot do so because it might create an attorney-client relationship. That is, communication through this website is simply communication and me giving you information regarding your question, but once we're on a phone call, it's easy for that to be interpreted as legal advice (and that's when an attorney-client relationship is formed). We're prohibited from forming such a relationship, and out of an abundance of caution I do not accept phone calls as a result. Other experts do. But we can continue on the chat function.
