A few years ago I worked consulting firm. My experience

Customer Question

A few years ago I worked for a consulting firm. My experience and my education were far superior to that of the team I worked on. My client was Microsoft and I was the only woman
My boss accidentally sent the team my statement of work contract instead of my resume. One teammate complained about his SOW amount which delayed me getting hired.
My wages were less than all of them for the same exact job and I feel I was discriminated against for being a woman.
Do I have grounds to consider a lawsuit

Yes i do think you have a potential gender discrimination claim. I would suggest first talking to HR before spending money on an attorney. If it is not addressed then an attorney can help file your EEOC claim and possible lawsuit.
