when a application ask; have you been convicted of a felony or a misdemeanor, other than a minor traffic violation, within 7 years? and also states, (conviction will not necessarily disqualify an applicant from employment) yet hire them one day and lays them off the same day do to their inability to obtain a entry clearance?
