Customer Question

On April 1, 2016 I received a signed Judges order on my wrongful termination case. Today April 25 I received an email from the Judge's assistant apologizing for not filing the order with the clerk of court. She said she had the judge re-sign the order today and then filed it this morning. I have 30 days to appeal the order from the judge. Does the 30 day timeline begin today?
