Has the motion been filed? opposed? argued?

Expert:  Infolawyer replied 1 year ago.

has it been marked submitted or under consideration or decided?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The motion to the brief has been filed. I have witness to help support my case. Still waiting on the judge to rule on the brief from both sides
Expert:  Infolawyer replied 1 year ago.

You would need to write the court and ask if you may submit anything further. Normally cannot be done without leave of court.

Let me know if that is fast and clear, thanks.

Where can I find the leave of court form?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
What does the leave of court mean?
Expert:  Infolawyer replied 1 year ago.

you write the court a letter. cc the other side.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Do you know where I can find an example of it
Expert:  Infolawyer replied 1 year ago.

There is no example as it is not standard. You would write the court and ask permission to submit additional documents that are relevant to the motion, and explain why not included with the original papers.
