Customer Question

I am a 35yr. airline employee, who has intentionally been kept in a temporary position for the last 9yrs.. Everytime I have asked my manager to paid like everyone else, he has threatened me with sending me back to my old position and becoming enraged. We recently had an environmental event and I reminded him, we had to report it. He has recently eliminated my position, but I am expected to teach others how to do my job. Do I have any recourse to be paid for the past 9yrs, he refused to hire me ?

Thank you for using JustAnswer.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Can you tell me if you were treated differently because of some minority basis (race, age, religion, gender, disability)?
