Expert:  Loren replied 11 months ago.

How long have you worked for them? Have you been paid? What are your duties?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I worked two months
I provided leads for sales I was supposed to get 10percent I did get one check but after that there was no other contact from them
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
They are using my leads currently and selling
Expert:  Loren replied 11 months ago.

Do you have an address for them? Did the previous check clear? How did you come to be working for them?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I have an address and yes they are still operating I have a friend who works there
And yes my check cleared
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
But they are not giving me closure or answers
Expert:  Loren replied 11 months ago.

If they are not returning your your calls or paying you for your leads, as promised, you are going to need to sue them. Verbal agreements are enforceable, but the terms are harder to prove. The fact that you have received a check is helpful.

Expert:  Loren replied 11 months ago.

You can use the first check to help prove the existence of the employment as well as the agreed compensation.

Are you still online with me?
