Customer: hi a.j., my name is ***** *****. I have a question about a recoverable draw agreement my husband had with his soon to be former employer.

Customer: sure, he joined the company as a sales rep in 10/2014. the company was sold a couple of months ago and he was told that his position would potentially be eliminated. he was asked to take on another (non-sales) role in the company managing a consulting project which he has been doing for the last few weeks. he was offered another job outside of the company and gave his letter of resignation last Friday. now, his employer is trying to recoup the draw amount.
