My wife made a complaint by policy through stated channels.

Customer Question

My wife made a complaint by policy through stated channels. Her boss screamed at her in front of elementary students. The School District policy states if an employee files a complaint against an immediate supervisor the Superintendent should be contacted. She did, same day. Today she was pulled aside by her boss and the Superintendent at the end of her shift and told she needed to talk to her boss first. Rural school district.
