I was terminated by my employer for lateness after they have changed my shift without prior notice. Hence, my contract with 1199 said they should given me 30 days notice. I worked 11-7am without and problems. but, when they changed my shift from 3pm to 11pm, I started have problems. I told them about it , but , the refused to work with me.
