I was written up based on a lie. which I can prove, in August, then last week I was terminated for not "Pushing" the companys discount program to patient with out insurance. I am assuming, I did not receive the last PIP, I have requested it.

Did you have an employment contract stating that you could only be terminated for cause?

Does the employer have a policy requiring a PIP and which strictly limits the employer's ability to termination, except in accordance with their progressive discipline policy?

Do you have any evidence to suggest that the actual reason you were terminated was your race, religion, gender, age, disability or recent FMLA use?
