If the review is incorrect especially due to lies you can have it corrected.
You can complain to the human resource department and point out the specific mistatements. If you can prove them false, that is more helpful. You may also try to reach more senior management, and consider having a lawyer speak with both for you for more impact and a reversal, to avoid having to escalate with outside avenues such as court.
