I GOT FIRED FOR ASKING FOR HELP WITH DRINKING. I WAS TOLD IT WAS BECAUSE I WAS ON 90 DAY NEW HIRE PROBATION. THEY HAVE A SELF IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM. IT WAS NOT OFFERED TO ME. THIS IS IN INDIANA. THX
