Can you discuss , on my behalf, with Dept of Labor. Their guidelines are clear ."If coverage is terminated earlier, the plan MUST provide,as soon as practicable, an early termination notice, the DATE it will terminate,the REASON for termination & any rights
the beneficiary may have to elect alternate coverage." We never received any notification.I just want them to reinstate my wife,s coverage. THANKS
